The Foxy Baby

This drink was developed in a fun collaboration with our friends at Clever Fox Rum. It's the perfect fall drink with our Spice Spice Baby Asian 6 Spice. With its fragrant ginger and cinnamon flavors, it pairs great with apples and of course, rum! This would be great cocktail for Thanksgiving and any other celebration around this time of year.

- 2 oz Clever Fox Silver Rum
- 1 ½ oz cider
- ¾ Spice Spice Baby simple syrup (Recipe below)
- 1 thumb ginger, roughly chopped
- dehydrated apple slices for garnish
Directions
- Spice Spice Baby Syrup: 1 tsp Spice Spice Baby Asian 6 Spice, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice, Shake and finely strain into a coupe glass rimmed with sugar and Spice Spice Baby Spice Blend. Enjoy!
