Essential Ingredient for Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressings

My Za’atar is a staple salad dressings ingredient for me. It adds such interesting flavor and texture to oil and vinegar. Makes a simple salad dressing special. And friends love it. Great gift option.

Best Chicken Ever

My son got a (remote) cooking class with Healthy on You. The Za’atar chicken recipe was really fantastic. I had another brand Za’atar herb mix in my kitchen cabinet, but this one is so much more fresh and full of flavor! The chicken recipe card was also included with the order. So try it out.

Great multi-purpose spice!

I saw Sam's recipe for the pumpkin cranberry muffins and had to try it. This was my first time using "While my Za'atar Gently Weeps' for baking. They came out great. I can't wait to try it with other recipes.

I have been meaning to pick up a Za’atar seasoning for a while so I was thrilled to see it on your site. I’ve been putting it on my avocado toast with a fried egg every day for lunch this week. I also just picked up some chicken to make the recipe you included and I can’t wait!

Definitely one of my favorites!!

One of our favorite ways to make good use of this spice blend is to add it to a dipping bowl filled with olive oil to enjoy as a snack or appetizer with a crusty bread or focaccia. We’ve also added it to lamb stew. It is a truly delicious Middle Eastern spice blend!
