“I’m Still Brining” is a fragrant mix of herbs and spices that’s perfect for turkey. Simply combine three tablespoons “I’m Still Brining” with 1/2 cup kosher salt and 1/3 cup sugar for each gallon of water needed to fully submerge your whole turkey. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours. Pat dry and you are ready to roast.

This spice took our Thanksgiving family and friend gathering to a whole new level! We brined two turkey breasts overnight with the I'm Still Brining as directed. The next day we rubbed them in a little olive oil followed by Seasoning Beneath My Wings and You're so Spain, added the lemon and the garlic in the cavity and then smoked them in the Traeger. Another guest brought a stuffed roast turkey. No comparison! The compliments were endless. I highly recommend I'm Still Brining! P.S....don't wait for a holiday.
