I absolutely LOVE all of the individual spices of the "Herby Melodies Collection".!! I am a vegetarian, however, Ido eat fish occasionally as well. The blend of spices from this collection really enhance every dish I have made. It is so fun to try different combos to get an excellent balance of flavors. Way to go Sam!!
