Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with a little bit of olive oil (if you have an olive oil sprayer, now is the time to use it.) Sprinkle with the Healthy On You® Herbes de Provence & Healthy On You® Rosemary Lemon Sea Salt and add in a sprig of fresh rosemary. Spread out the wedges on the baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Make sure you toss and turn the wedges every 10 to 15 minutes. You want them to be a little crispy. Serve plain with another sprig of fresh rosemary and with a dipping sauce like hummus, guacamole or if you must, ketchup!
