This recipe makes quite a bit but it freezes pretty well. If you are serving it at a dinner party, its great because you can make it up to two days in advance. To add extra health benefits, incorporate powdered turmeric spice -about a teaspoon to the mix before you puree. Don't forget the Healthy On You® Moroccan Spice Blend. It really adds a a warm flavoring to this soup.
