The November cooking class was surely one to remember. This great group of ladies had an incredible time, meeting new friends, cooking, laughing and learning to make healthy vegetarian sides for Thanksgiving and the holidays. We always start these classes with a garden tour and then a visit with the chickens before beginning. We kicked off this last class of the year with our signature drink-the holiday pear punch sparkler. Made with champaign, riesling wine and pear nectar. So delicious and easy going down too! This is definitely one to try over the holidays.
The cauliflower cashew soup was a hit with everyone because of the simple, fresh ingredients and the ease of preparation. It made for a stunning presentation in these beautiful antique glasses. This recipe is great as a starter for your holiday dinner or a warm sipping soup at your holiday party.
