Cooking healthy foods can be complicated sometimes but with the right tools, you can be speedy and even more efficient when preparing healthy meals. In this little video, I show you all the fun kitchen tools I use in my cooking classes to help you get the job done. I use many kitchen essentials to prepare healthy meals all year around. I use a high powered blender to prepare healthy hummuses and gazpacho soups, a food processor for cauliflower rice and nut crusts for vegan desserts and a spiralizer for low calorie zucchini and sweet potato noodles. My favorite tool that I use everyday....my olive oil sprayer!! Watch this great video and see a cooking class in action too!
