Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with a little bit of olive oil (if you have an olive oil sprayer, now is the time to use it.) Sprinkle with the Healthy On You Rosemary Lemon Sea Salt and add in a sprig of fresh rosemary. Spread out the wedges on the baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Make sure you toss and turn the wedges every 10 to 15 minutes. You want them to be a little crispy. Serve plain with another sprig of fresh rosemary and with a dipping sauce like hummus, guacamole or if you must, ketchup!
