Easy (and Delish) Enchilada Sauce

There is nothing better than homemade enchilada sauce! Once you realize how easy and delicious it is using our Something to Taco ‘Bout spice blend, you will never go back to the store-bought versions-EVER!

Our blend’s main ingredient is ancho chile powder which is miles above the standard chile powder and it’s organic, so you know you are getting only the best! Something to Taco ‘Bout spice blend is salt-free, so feel free to season with more salt according to your tastes. And keep in mind that vegetable stock has a fair amount of sodium so if you are salt-sensitive, choose a low sodium version.

When you complete this amazing sauce, go on to make our Zucchini Pinwheel Enchiladas. We love these and it’s super fun to make (and the leftovers are even better!)
